Mobile Command Post
Rapidly deployable protected space for command-and-control operations
The Shieldex® Mobile Command Post is positioned for missions where a command node must be established or relocated quickly while maintaining protected communications. According to the product flyer, it is a textile-based EMC-shielded system engineered for NATO Zone-2 protection, with shielding effectiveness of up to 95 dB from 0.03 to 40 GHz. The standard configuration includes a main chamber plus an antechamber, weighs about 30 kg without frame, and can be set up and dismantled in under 30 minutes.

The Shieldex® RF Shielded Duffle Bag is designed for secure transport, deployment, and temporary storage of electronic devices. The RF Shielded Transportation Box combines an aluminum transport case with a Shieldex rolltop shielding bag made from the Shieldex materials Berlin RS, Zell RS, and Nora Dell CR. The Shieldex RF Shielded Transportation Box is designed for EMC-critical transport and the temporary protected storage of sensitive electronic equipment. With shielding performance of up to 85 dB in the 0.7 to 6 GHz range, it combines mechanical protection with reliable electromagnetic shielding. Standard sizes range from 13 to 829 litres, and custom configurations are available on request.

Shielding Pouches

Shieldex® Shielding Pouches provide professional protection against data theft, hacking, tracking, and unauthorized remote access to mobile devices. With an average shielding performance of up to 100 dB from 0.7 to 6 GHz, they are designed to block signals such as GSM, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, RFID, and NFC. The pouches are available in multiple sizes and are tested in accordance with IEEE 299-2006, MIL-STD-285, and NSA 94-106.

Shieldex® Zell RS CR
Base textile for EMI shielding and multispectral military concepts
Shieldex® Zell RS CR is a woven, silver-, copper-, and tin-metallized shielding fabric developed for advanced technical applications. Its surface electrical resistivity of less than 0.02 Ω/□ enables high-performance shielding, while the additional CR coating supports cleanroom compatibility and infrared shielding. In military environments, Shieldex® Zell RS CR is particularly suited for infrared and thermal shielding as well as broader multispectral applications. These goods are classified as military items under Part I Section A of the German Export List (AL), item 0017H, and are subject to German export control regulations. Export transactions require prior export control review.
